Our Experience

Donn Davy, Green Home Savvy’s principal, was in the first class of Green Point Raters, and has been doing ratings since 2006. Donn attended the LEED for Homes rollout training in Davis last year.

• We are the rater on the current record-holding project, which scored over 300 Green Points.  
• We also do home performance testing, HERS rating, and energy analysis.  
• We have performed over 100 intensive, 5-hour building inspections producing 15-20 page reports for each. 
  
• We have developed a unique green points rating system for existing homes, compounded from LEED-H, BIG new-home and BIG remodel checklists, and tested it in a dozen cases.
